These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our printing, branding, advertising, and packaging services, and by placing an order you agree that all quotations are indicative and may change based on final specifications such as design, size, material, quantity, and customization requirements; orders are confirmed only after advance payment (partial or full), and the remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch or delivery, with any delay in payment resulting in a delay in production or handover; customers are solely responsible for providing accurate content, dimensions, and instructions, and must thoroughly review and approve all designs before production, as once approved we are not liable for any spelling, layout, or content errors, and additional revisions beyond agreed limits may be chargeable; production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to machine issues, raw material availability, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances, and delivery charges, timelines, and risk during transit may vary based on location and third-party courier services; minor variations in color, finish, size, or alignment are inherent to the printing process and will not be considered defects or grounds for rejection; orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has started, and all advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion if requirements are unclear, inappropriate, or violate any policy; customers must ensure they hold legal rights and permissions for all logos, images, and content provided, and we are not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or legal disputes arising from submitted materials; we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including business loss, delay impact, or third-party claims arising from the use of our services; all disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts of Bhopal; we reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our services implies full acceptance of the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
